Refund policy

Right of withdrawal — 14 days

Under articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving a reason.

Return conditions

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition with its tags.
• Return it in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.

How to request a return or size exchange

1. Contact us via the Contact page with your order number and the reason (return or size exchange).
2. We send you the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the item; return shipping costs are at your expense.

Refund

Once the item is received and checked, the refund is issued to the payment method used for the order, within 14 days at most.

Faulty item or error on our part

If the item you receive is faulty or does not match your order, contact us: we cover the replacement or refund in full, return shipping included.

Legal guarantees

You also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
