Delivery Zones

We currently deliver to mainland France and Canada.

Delivery Fees

• Metropolitan France: free tracked delivery.
• Canada: free standard delivery.

Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery then takes place, as an indication:

• Metropolitan France: within 3 to 5 working days, with tracked delivery (delivered by La Poste/Colissimo in most cases);
• Canada: within 8 to 15 working days.

These times may vary depending on the period (holidays, sales) and carrier delays.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package at any time from the Track My Order page.

Damaged or Lost Package

If your package arrives damaged or does not reach you, please contact us via the Contact page: we will find a solution (reshipment or refund) as soon as possible.
