Right of Withdrawal — 14 days

In accordance with articles L.221-18 and subsequent articles of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

Return Conditions

• For hygiene reasons (garment in direct contact with baby's skin), the item must not have been worn beyond simple trying on, nor washed.
• The item must be in its original condition, with its tags.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Any item returned worn, washed, damaged, or incomplete may be refused a refund or subject to a reduction in value.

How to request a return or size exchange?

1. Contact us via the Contact page, indicating your order number and the reason (return or size exchange).
2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the item; return shipping costs are at your expense.

Refund

After receiving and checking the item, the refund will be issued to the payment method used during the order, within a maximum of 14 days.

Defective item or error on our part

If the item received is defective or does not match your order, please contact us: the return or refund will be fully covered by us, including return shipping costs.

Legal Guarantees

You also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and subsequent articles of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and subsequent articles of the Civil Code).
