Metropolitan France: tracked delivery in 2 to 4 business days — €4.90, free for purchases over €60. Belgium, Luxembourg and European Union: 5 to 8 business days — price calculated at checkout. Overseas France, Switzerland and the rest of the world: please contact us at sneamd@gmail.com.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary during peak periods. If your package is delayed by more than 7 business days, lost or arrived damaged, please contact us: we will open an inquiry with the carrier and proceed with reshipment or refund if the loss is confirmed.
Please check your address carefully when ordering. In case of error, write to us as soon as possible: a change is still possible as long as the order has not been shipped. A package returned due to an incomplete address may be reshipped at the customer's expense.
