Delivery areas

We currently ship to mainland France and Canada.

Shipping costs

• Mainland France: free tracked shipping.
• Canada: free standard shipping.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery then takes, as a guide:

• Mainland France: 5 to 8 business days, tracked (delivered by La Poste/Colissimo in most cases);
• Canada: 8 to 15 business days.

These times may vary during busy periods (holidays, sales) and with carrier delays.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel at any time from the Track my order page.

Damaged or lost parcel

If your parcel arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us via the Contact page: we will find a solution (reshipment or refund) as quickly as possible.
