Payment data is processed directly by secure payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.) and is never transmitted through our servers.
Your data is used to: process and deliver your orders (contract performance); manage customer service, returns, and refunds (contract performance); send you our newsletter if you have consented (consent, revocable at any time); comply with our accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation); improve our store through browsing statistics (legitimate interest).
Your data is processed by our e-commerce host Shopify International Ltd (whose servers may be located outside the EU, with compliant transfer guarantees — standard contractual clauses), our carriers for delivery, and our payment providers. We never sell your data to third parties.
Order data is retained for 10 years (accounting obligation), prospect data (newsletter) for 3 years after the last contact, and cookies for a maximum of 13 months.
