Terms and Conditions of Sale

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern sales concluded on the hugaya.shop website (hereinafter "Hugaya") with any consumer client.

1. Products

Products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs are not contractually binding.

2. Price

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding any delivery costs indicated before order validation. Hugaya reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of the order.

3. Order

The order is confirmed by a summary email sent to the address provided by the client. Hugaya reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons (prior dispute, suspicion of fraud).

4. Payment

Payment is made online, securely, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or Shop Pay. The order is shipped after effective receipt of payment.

5. Delivery

Delivery zones, costs, and times are detailed in our Delivery Policy.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

The client has a period of 14 days from receipt to withdraw, under the conditions detailed on our Returns & Refund page. For hygiene reasons, the returned item must not have been worn beyond simple trying on and must be returned in its original packaging.

7. Legal guarantees

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

8. Liability

Hugaya cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the product. The instructions for use and safety provided with the product must be respected.

9. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Consumer mediation

In accordance with articles L.612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, any consumer has the right to have recourse free of charge to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of a dispute between them and a professional. The client is invited to first contact our customer service via the Contact page; the contact details of the competent mediation body will be provided upon request.

11. Applicable law

These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
