These general terms of sale (“Terms”) govern sales concluded on the hugaya.fr website (hereinafter “Hugaya”) with any consumer customer.
The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs are not contractually binding.
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding any delivery costs indicated before the order is confirmed. Hugaya reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in force at the time of the order.
The order is confirmed by a summary email sent to the address provided by the customer. Hugaya reserves the right to refuse any order for a legitimate reason (prior dispute, suspected fraud).
Payment is made online and securely by bank card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or Shop Pay. The order ships once payment has been received.

The customer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw, under the conditions detailed on our Returns & refunds page.
All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
Hugaya cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the product. The usage and safety instructions supplied with the product must be followed.

Under articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge for any dispute not resolved with our customer service. [TO COMPLETE: name and contact details of the chosen mediator]
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
