At Hugaya, your satisfaction is our priority. You have a 30-day "satisfaction or your money back" guarantee from the receipt of your order, in addition to the legal withdrawal period of 14 days (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, in its original condition with its tags. For hygiene reasons related to contact with a newborn, items worn for an extended period or washed cannot be returned.
Write to us at sneamd@gmail.com stating your order number. We will send you a prepaid return label within 48 hours — returns are free from mainland France. No justification is required.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm its acceptance by email. The refund will be made to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned item.
Need a different size? Indicate this in your email: we will ship the new size upon receipt of your return, at no additional cost.
If you receive a defective or non-conforming item, contact us within 48 hours with a photo: we will proceed with replacement or full refund, shipping costs included.
